>>3545It's worth mentioning that I thought Sketchbook was a pretty good anime. I haven't watched it since it came out though, so I'm not sure if it's held up over time.
From what I remember of her character, Sora is kind of a quiet, spacey girl that's like a hybrid of Sakaki and Osaka. She spends a lot of time in her head, but makes friends with the teacher and students of the art club.
ca63fd31 No.3547
The main theme of Sketchbook is Sora's inability to communicate with people normally and does it through her sketchbook. By the end of the anime Sora has come put of her shell and opened up to her friends.

I wonder what other functions we don't use. Are WEBM files supported?

Strangely, .rar and .zip files aren't supported.

>>3536What, if anything is degenerate about the posts in the original thread? It really feels like the majority of the userbase here wasn't around or even alive during the Wakachan era. Imageboards really must be a dying medium if something in that thread managed to hit a nerve with someone.

>>3555 Lewd talk. Need I say more?
dcc04e7f No.3558
>>3556You realize that this is an imageboard right? The internet doesn't revolve around what you think is morally right or wrong. I'm sure there is some dead VBulletin forum or Azumanga subreddit you can visit that would be glad to listen to the "wholesome" and groundbreaking discussion concerning Peter Griffin face edits and hear the same analogies to Nano and Sora that have been made over and over for the past decade. Osaka is a popular character from a well-known manga series, it is a given that ecchi and hentai exists of her. The ""lewd talk"" was literally the only actual two-way discussion on the character in the entire thread. I posted in that thread about potential lost media (The original Osaka doujin by House of Karsea) because I had hopes of getting it scanlated. I get that this series is over twenty years old and has been discussed to death, so most of the board quality was left behind on the old domain. The majority of the fanbase must've moved on with their lives after Wakachan shut down and I should probably do the same seeing that this board is now just children discovering the series for the first time.

Look, if you wanna keep the other thread active, bump it. I agree the other one isn't lewd or even particularly naughty, but if OP wants one that is totally wholesome, who says he doesn't get to make a new thread?
This may be an IB but historically has never been 4chan.
>The internet doesn't revolve around what you think is morally right or wrongSame goes for you, though. For all of us.
Osaka is cute AF, let's talk about her.

>>3559>Were there posters with other anime characters during that campaign? There are a few others floating around, but I don't know if they're original or inspired by the Osaka one, which is by far the most famous.
Here's one for Popotan, an anime no one would remember if it weren't for the Carameldansen dance.

I haven't seen Popotan because I never watch things based on visual novels, but since it looks cute I may.

>>3607Not sure. Found it today, some guy wrote an academic paper and his thesis seems to be that manga characters tend tolose their hands when they lose emotional control (which he calls
HL) and uses Azumanga as a case study.
I'm not sure how serious he was.
I wanted a picture of Osaka throwing sea cucumbers to go with the thread, and found it randomly.
