Awfully cynical but I think I see why some would find it funny.
So what I get from the cover is that Miu was about to marry Nobue for some fucking reason but then Nobue grabbed Ana instead and ran.
And Ana was also wearing a wedding dress, so she was getting married to someone else, maybe. Dunno, is IM gonna be Melrose Place now? Is this The Graduate? Is same-sex marriage legal in Japan now? Is Nobue a man? It's OK to marry twelve year old girls? Why is Ana wearing white? At least her right glove should be anything but.
This cover presents many questions.

Miu's face is the best part of it for me.

I've often thought that Miu might have a bit of a crush on Nobue. In that case, this cover could be Miu having one of those dreams that segues into a nightmare.

Even if you ignore the romantic implications of the wedding imagery, Nobue rejecting Miu in favor of Ana is classic IM.
